Ambitious Warrington Town are looking for a treasurer to join, or work alongside their existing board of directors.


Club Chief Executive Gary Skentelbery explained: "Our existing board of directors are all local businessmen who are busy day to day running their own businesses.”


"During these tough economic times it is important that we will ensure our own businesses are performing well and this is taking up much of our spare time.”


"Several of us have been helping out with the book keeping but now we want a dedicated person to come on board to fill the role of club treasurer.”


"These are exciting times at the club with lots going on behind the scenes, including a new vice presidents lounge and a new snack bar, plus a funding bid for a new all weather pitch, to improve training facilities and provide a new community facility.”


"We have just come off the back off our most successful league season in 15 years and there is plenty to build on for the forthcoming season.”


"Now is a great time to get involved at Warrington Town."
