Evo-Stik Premier League Marine have announced that admission prices for their three pre-season home friendlies against Wigan Athletic, Tranmere Rovers and Southport will be reduced to £5 Adults and £3 for concessions and admission will be on an all pay basis. Marine entertain Tranmere Rovers on Saturday 17th July and a Wigan Athletic XI on Saturday 24th July both kicking off at 3:00pm. The final home friendly is against Conference club Southport, newly promoted to the Blue Square Premier, on Tuesday 3rd August with a 7:45pm kick off.


Marine Chairman Paul Leary said, “I would like to thank Wigan Athletic, Tranmere Rovers and Southport for agreeing to visit the Arriva Stadium to play Marine in what will be an exciting build up to the season for our fans. The quality of the opposition in all three games is a great test for our players and the games will provide a good basis for our preparations for the new season. Our manager Kevin Lynch has done very well in arranging for these fixtures to take place and I look forward to welcoming the officials, players and fans of all three clubs as they too plan for an exciting season ahead.”
