The Committee of Salford City FC have decided to defer the appointment of a permanent team manager until the end of the current season.

Until then team affairs will continue to be under the control of club Chairman Darren Quick assisted by Mark Molyneaux (himself a former player and ex manager at Moor Lane).

It was felt by the Committee that results and performances in the four matches overseen by the caretaker duo were encouraging and that, at this time, it was important for the club to maintain stability after weeks of uncertainty.

Applications already received for the manager’s position will be retained and any other interested parties should make contact with the club Chairman (darren@hawkcctv.co.uk) by 1st May.
